During this class adults will learn the basics of buttercream cakes and putting together a cake through both demos and hands-on work. Adults were learn how to stack fill crumb coat the cake and transform two 6 inch as well as one 4 inch lemon cake with strawberry filling and vanilla bean buttercream. You will learn basic frosting and piping techniques as well as Faultline skills and buttercream smoothing.
adults get to take cakes home at the end of class all supplies needed for this class will be provided masks are optional for this event. This event is non-transferable and there are no refunds, if inclement weather is an issue event will be communicated to each student with the new date and time.
Coffee and tea bar will be available as well as a few baked goods available for consumption.
this class will be held on Sunday, 5/29from 11 AM till 2 PM at the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory located at 8 North Cherry St. in Poughkeepsie.
