During this class adults will learn the basics of buttercream cakes and putting together a cake through both demos and hands on work. Adults will learn how to stack, fill, crumb coat the cake, and transform one 8 in chocolate cake with Chocolate buttercream. You will also learn fondant and texture techniques and light airbrushing. This cake will have working lights!
Adults get to take cakes home at the end of class. All supplies needed for this class will be provided. Masks are preferred for this event. This event is non-transferable and there are no refunds, if inclement weather is an issue event will be communicated to each student the new date and time.
