Students will learn the basics of cake decorating. Each student will receive their own set of 3 pre-baked cake layers for this class we will be using confetti cake layers and buttercream frosting. Students will learn how to make their own buttercream as well as the inns and outs of filling crumb coating, and frosting their cakes as well as lots of piping techniques. Students will follow the instructor step-by-step to fulfill the theme design for this class. This class will be led by instructor Jenay Scarchilli-Parson. This class is for adults.
There will be a complimentary coffee and tea bar available as well as a glass of moscato.

This class will be held on April 30, 2023 from 4-7pm at our new storefront location at 307 Main St., Poughkeepsie.
Photo and video will be shot during this class please feel free to voice any concerns you may have of you being photographed or videotaped with instructor prior to class beginning.
