Come learn how to make the viral Burn Heart Cake! Instruction will be lead by owner and head pastry chef Jenay Scarchilli-Parson.
This class will be held on Sunday March 3rd from 12pm-3pm. There will be mimosas served, (one per guest will be complimentary, all others will be cash bar).
You will learn essential cake fundamentals of filling and crumb coating, frosting and decor, as well as working with wafer paper and edible icing sheets. If you have any dietary restrictions please reach out prior to purchasing your ticket, gluten free cakes are available at an additional cost ($5 additional, can be paid in cash at the time of class, but must be noted and communicated at the time of purchase). This class is for those 21 years of age and over.
