Immerse your little chef in the world of FOOD!
With this workshop, your child will learn the beginnings of restaurant life and being a chef! Chefs will learn how to Create a Menu, read a recipe, prepare their created menu, learn to prepare the food for the menu as well as learning culinary plating methods. Chefs will learn how to time courses as well as interact with customers about their creations. This class will be held at 307 Main Street in Poughkeepsie and is recommended for Chefs ages 8-16
