Join us for this epic cake class! Instruction will be lead by the one and only Pastry Chef and owner of Dulce Café, Jenay Scarchilli-Parson. She will walk you step by step on how to create an amazing piece of edible art that you’re sure to be proud of! We will be bumping old school 80s and 90s r&b while sipping some Pink cloud Mimosas and Pinaq Rosé Mimosas. We’ll be decorating a Baileys infused chocolate cake with Chocolate mousse filling, frosted in Black Cocoa buttercream.
This cake does work with some carving accents and edible paints but don’t worry, it’s still beginner friendly!
There will also be a complimentary coffee and Tea Bar available for your enjoyment.
Please do your best to be on time so everyone can stay at the same pace and we don’t have to redo steps causing others to wait.
There are no refunds or rain checks for this event, must be 21 or older, please bring your ID. If for any reason inclement weather causes instructor to cancel, all participants will be contacted with new rain date.
