Instruction lead by Pastry Chef Jenay Scarchilli-Parson, owner of Dulce Cafe. In this class students will learn how to torte, fill, crumb coat their cakes and work with fondant. Registration includes one free mimosa, but a cash bar will be provided for your enjoyment. This class is for students 21 and older
